  We have have been busy working on various projects to improve our hotel for you and welcome you back. Your safety is our number one priority, here are some of the new safety measure we are implementing in line with HSE and WHO guidelines:

• Staff temperature taken prior to each shift to ensure no COVID-19 symptoms
• Staff wearing PPE for your additional safety
• Re-organised public areas to ensure social distancing
• Staff hand washing protocol increased; staff will wash their hands thoroughly at least once every 30minutes
• Increase in disinfecting public area’s especially on highly touched surfaces like door handles
• Fully sanitised room on arrival
• Rooms aired between guests
• Protective screens in some areas of the hotels where there is Face to Face contact
• Enhanced protocol for sanitisation of tables between guests
• Tables further separated to maintain social distancing
• Enhances protocol for ordering and serving of food and drinks
